Microsoft Lists Application will be announced on iOS lately this year


An application is known as Microsoft Lists in the Microsoft Office 365 suite is now surprisingly available on iOS and can be easily downloaded from the App Store by the users. It is very helpful for the users to track the information and organizing work into simple lists that can easily be distinguished by the templates, colors, and more. The users have given access by iOS to the lists they possess and the one which was shared. With the help of this the users can create new lists; edit lists items and easily can be shared with other people.

According to a blog posted by Microsoft, the Microsoft Lists application for iOS is said to be “smart, simple and flexible” way to “assets, tracking the issues, contacts, routines, inventories and to keep everyone in sync from anywhere.” This particular application has many cases to use and majorly to help the people in order to collaborate for the work.

This application was announced previous year at Build 2020 with several new plans.

This application is also allowing the users for making lists from readymade templates with the help of existing list or via Excel file, offline data consumption is also been supported by this app and has a dark mode. Microsoft further states that in order to sign in, Office 365 commercial subscription is required by the user’s organization. Microsoft Lists for the Android is under work by Microsoft and will be sharing more later this year, it was mentioned.

Previously, there was an increment by Microsoft in the upload file size limit of OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint from size (100GB-250GB). By the end of the month of January the 250GB file size upload will be announced by the company and the lager availability will be by the end of Q1 2021. Microsoft has explained the working procedure of this and stated that every file that is being shared is been split into the portions which respectively encrypted with the unique key features. However, in Azure Storage, all the files will be backed up.
